About Loriana De Paz
Growing up, Loriana knew poverty. At times having no electricity or water and living off of food bank boxes as her family struggled. These experiences only drew her family closer but also made it harder to see any hope past the life of poverty. Her understanding of this mentally blinding “poor” outlook on life has enabled her to work with families who are living this reality right now.
In 2002, she and her husband moved from Rhode Island to Florida and in less than 6 months God led them to Crossover Church. Since then Loriana has been involved throughout the church in whatever capacity and ministry she could…from office phone calls, nursery, to now even teaching our Growth Track Classes!
In 2014, Loriana joined the Crossover Staff assisting families by helping them discover Christ-centered, practical ways to rise above poverty through the Thrive Ministry.
Loriana carries her B.S. degree in Business Management.
