Dash represents the city of St. Louis, Missouri, to where he was born and raised by a loving Christian family. Dash, 22 years young, recently graduated from Southeastern University of Lakeland, Florida, in spring 2008 gaining his B.S. degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting.
He found his talent (or his “eye”) for television 1st through photography through his father. As dash grew up, he then too took up the hobby of photography. It wasn’t until his senior year of high school at North County Christian School in St. Louis to where he incorporated his eye for photography into video in his video editing class.

During his time at Southeastern University, dash has produced, director, and edited many many many productions. His “baby” Raw TV was a show he was worked with during his college career. Since then, dash has served as director, production manager, and graphics. Since his time at Raw TV, along with the amazing leadership staff and crew, Raw TV has aired (and still being aired along with new episodes) nationally on the NRB Network and TCT. Since Fall 2006, dash has directed 6 seasons worth of shows before network debut; 20 shows have aired nationally since his roll as director. Also during dash’s time with Raw TV, he has directed video (live performances) for national artist such as Urban D, Da’ Truth, Rawsrvnt, Group 1 Crew, Tera Tera Tera, Andre Henry, Matt Keyes, and Theodicy.
Dash has received much attention for his work on both a local and national level. For his short film “Envyus”, dash has received the award for best film (out of 15 participants) at the 2007 180 Film Festival in Lakeland, Florida. For the same film, dash has also received 1st place in the Student Field Production / Video category at the 2008 National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) convention. Other awards such as 2007 Radio Producer of the Year and 2008 Director of the Year were from Southeastern University’s Annual Ember Awards.
Dash also serves as a DJ in his spare time. He has been doing so since he was in 7th grade learning from his father. Since then, dash has djed for many concerts and outreaches around the city of St. Louis. Since he has moved to Florida he has djed for yet more concerts and outreaches that have featured national recoding artists.
Dash was introduced to Crossover back in 2004. It wasn’t until the beginning of fall 2007 when he became a member. Since his time of membership, dash has faithfully served as a DJ with Harmony as well as the media team. Dash aspires to continue his work in video and media production into music video directing. He also hopes to get his MFA in digital media and film sometime soon. But for now, dash strongly believes that he is in God’s will and continues to serve at Crossover as long was God calls him too.
