Full-Time Children’s Ministry Position

Crossover Church is a purpose driven non-denominational church in the inner city of Tampa, Florida seeking a Children's Ministry Director that can relate God’s message and fully engage an urban, multi-cultural group with a Hip-Hop flavor.

This person must be gifted and skilled in leadership and administration; a person of character and integrity; love children and their parents; have a natural ability to connect with the unchurched and church members; recruit, equip and train a great group of volunteer leaders, and bring a team player mindset to our staff team as they provide leadership and oversight to our nursery through Kidz Church age children. (infants through 5th grade).

This is a full-time position with health care benefits.
